Key responsibilities:

• Reasonable knowledge of AI / ML, its application in predictive analytics & customer experience

• Elicit requirements with internal and external stakeholders using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops and storyboards.

• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements.

• Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, traceable, and verifiable.

• Use research and analysis to identify emerging approaches, technology, and solutions that can be leveraged in the implementation of identified requirements.

• Demonstrable experience of working with technology teams in an agile set up.

Technical expertise:​

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience; consulting experience is a plus

• Ability to help facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and drive outcomes

• Ability to create documentation for both business and technical users

• Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering)

• Knowledge of standard research and analysis methodologies, frameworks, and techniques
