Welcome to AtomXDigital, we are expanding!

AtomX is thrilled to welcome 3 new members who joined us in May, as part of our team expansion plan in 2021:

Fatma Sadiq, is our new Customer Engagement Executive, a graduate from SOAS University of London with a History BA. Fatma would be focusing on expanding our client footprint, specifically driving lead generation, client engagement, and demonstrations. Fatma has been at AtomX for under a month and says “my time at AtomX has been great. I love our small team which allows me to connect personally with everyone. We are encouraged to express ourselves, hard work is recognised, and a good level of constructive feedback and praise is provided.” Besides business development, Fatma is also looking forward to developing her skills further and gaining experience in the tech field where she can utilise her new hobby of coding in AI.

Emilie Kasinga, a Sociology and Media graduate from Brunel University has joined us as an HR Associate. Emilie is passionate about helping others and is enjoying making continuous improvements to HR Processes. Emilie says, “I learn something new every day, whether that means gaining self-understanding or working through something with an employee or discovering a new facet of HR.” As an HR associate, Emilie assists with the day-to-day operations based on the needs of the employees and business. These responsibilities not only include reviewing the recruitment processes, maintaining records and information, and assisting in payroll, but also championing our core values of being Bold, Outcome led and Celebrating our successes. Emilie is enthusiastic about the upcoming expansion of the AtomX team and the development of her colleagues.

In addition to the expansion of our HR department, Bethany Howard-Alalade, a recent management, and marketing graduate from Leicester University has joined the marketing team as the Digital & Automation Associate. Now in her third week, her role involves monitoring and developing new content for AtomX’s website using KPIs in addition to writing weekly blogs and press releases.

We welcome our new team members on board and hope that all of them will find a rewarding career with AtomX. 2021 is set to be an exciting year as we continue to build on our recent success having won two awards in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Customer engagement and look forward to the continued expansion of our team.
